The investigator will review documentary evidence and conduct interviews with involved persons to determine the exact nature of the allegations and their extent. Throughout the investigative process, the investigator will ensure all persons are treated with dignity and all information held in the strictest confidence.
The client can expect a detailed report with recommendations that protects the integrity of their organization and the people working within it. We will work with clients to implement structural changes within organizations to mitigate risk, and provide lasting solutions to enhance your due diligence.
Hindsight Investigations and Corporate Consulting provides multi-disciplinary investigative services. Sheri Miesmer is the primary investigator for Hindsight Investigations and has experience in sexual assault, abuse, threats and harassment investigations. She is also a rostered investigator with the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada.
